The new operations manager is passionate about seeing people grow.

Jenny Eneroth is the new operations manager at Astar starting August 2024. She comes from a role as interim regional manager and business developer focused on bids, quality, and environment at Hermods, overseeing 14 reporting managers.
– I feel very good about getting the job at Edukatus. I look forward to starting work and am grateful for the trust I have received—to continue driving the company forward together with the management and employees.
Edukatus omorganisation innebär att utbildningsverksamheten indelas under fem verksamhetsområden med varsin verksamhetschef: förskola och grundskola, yrkesförberedande gymnasier, teoretiska gymnasier, Astar och NBI/Handelsakademin. I omorganisationen flyttas även Anbud över till Astar.
The new operations manager at Astar is Jenny Eneroth. She is a trained teacher and principal, and is a certified bidder. Previously, she has worked as a digital coordinator, operations manager, and product owner at the national level at Lernia, as well as a business developer, regional manager for Komvux, and operations manager at Eductus.
What do you think you will contribute in your new role?
– Engagement and drive. I have been working with adult education for a long time, which is something I am passionate about. Seeing people grow, says Jenny Eneroth.
Which of your experiences do you think will be most useful in your new role?
“My experience and expertise in both working with tenders and managing operations. I simply have a holistic perspective when it comes to tenders and operations.”
Jenny Eneroth believes that quality is crucial for establishing a strong foundation in education and business operations.
– For me, it means having structured processes, documentation, and continuously improving the operations, she says.
