Renewed Quality Certificate for Astar – “A Guarantee of Professionalism”
January 18, 2024
Almega Utbildningsföretagen recently conducted a follow-up quality audit of Astar. Clearly documented procedures and materials for quality work and continuous improvement resulted in a renewed quality authorization – and thus a new certificate.
Utbildningsföretagen is the only industry association that authorizes educational companies. For each of the included quality criteria, member companies must be able to provide detailed descriptions of their work processes and submit supporting documents and procedures.
The supporting materials are assessed by the Utbildningsföretagen’s Authorization Committee, which then provides a recommendation to the board of Utbildningsföretagen, which decides whether the authorization should be granted. The Authorization Committee is also responsible for follow-up audits, supervision, and reviews of members’ compliance with authorization requirements.
– We are happy and proud of the renewed certificate. The authorization is a guarantee of quality and professionalism in the education industry, says Marja Giheden, head of operations at Astar.
