Since becoming a trade teacher, I have also been passionate about preparing students as much as possible for the working life ahead. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What\u2019s the best thing about teaching at Aff\u00e4rsgymnasiet?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 That there is such a positive attitude toward students across the entire school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What can students expect from their teachers?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Dedication, drive, and a positive view of students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What do teachers expect from their students?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 That students dare to be open and honest about their preferences regarding assignments, teaching methods, and so on, so that we teachers can create the absolute best learning environment and conditions for their success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How do you motivate your students?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 For me, building relationships is key. I work closely with my students and stay flexible to their thoughts and feelings about different tasks. I also think it&#8217;s important for motivation to show students why we are doing a certain task and how they will use that knowledge in their future careers. I aim to make every assignment meaningful and, as my personal goal this school year, to adopt a practical approach, even in more theoretical parts of the curriculum, especially for the Sales and Service Program (f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljnings- och serviceprogrammet).
