100% Goal Achievement\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n All third-year students achieved their goals and graduated. This result is far above the Swedish average of 75.9% for vocational high school programs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 100% Employability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The school has 100% APL (workplace-based learning). This means that all students have an internship, which increases their employability. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 100% Approval from the Schools Inspectorate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The school was reviewed by the Swedish Schools Inspectorate and received the highest approval in all areas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 100% Satisfaction in the Employee Survey<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n As an important part of the school\u2019s success, it achieved 100% eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) in the employee survey. <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Metovski explains that they have made significant progress in three areas: new technology, strengthened industry collaboration, and increased student support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The staff has implemented digital tools and AI to facilitate teaching and administration. This has led to more interactive learning and improved monitoring of student development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Collaboration with industry has been strengthened through more guest lecturers and workshops, giving students greater practical experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Student support has primarily increased through closer collaboration between the student health team and teachers, enabling better-tailored support based on each student\u2019s needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Yrkesgymnasiet Malm\u00f6 has a long-standing tradition of well-functioning systematic work, but this doesn\u2019t stop management and staff from finding new ways to develop.
