Edukatus Alliance’s sustainability work is an integral part of our business. We have three distinct target areas: learning, responsible business and environment\/climate. Our learning target focuses on UN Goal 4, \u201cgood education for all\u201d. This goal states that education is a basic human right and essential for individual prosperity, health and equality. <\/p>\n\n

Being a responsible business means that we are an equal and inclusive workplace, committed to the development of our employees and our learners.<\/p>\n\n

Edukatus Alliance works ceaselessly to reduce our climate footprint. One of our most significant contributions to improving the environmental is our education of future responsible citizens, equipping our employees and students with the knowledge and tools they need to create a more sustainable world both on both individual and societal levels. <\/p>\n

Students Build for the Homeless<\/h3>

When Yrkesgymnasiet (vocational upper secondary school) in G\u00e4vle participated in a charity project, they put a unique spin on it. They combined community engagement with education by building a cabin for the homeless. \u201cWe wanted to carry out a project with practical elements, as we believe in less talk, more action,\u201d said Principal Linda Swed\u00e9n.<\/p><\/div><\/a>

The UF Company 4Change Aims to Make a Difference for Vulnerable People<\/h3>

What happens to leftover food at restaurants in V\u00e4ster\u00e5s? Thanks to three driven young people, some of the food that would previously have gone to waste is now being served to the city's homeless at the local mission. The UF company 4Change, from Aff\u00e4rsgymnasiet (business upper secondary school) in V\u00e4ster\u00e5s, is making real difference for people in need. <\/p><\/div><\/a><\/div>
